So, my winter project of rebuilding an early 70s Schwinn Paramount has spilled into the summer. It's coming together though. Here's what I'm finding: Nothing from that era seems standard. Nothing. Hubs don't fit into the frame, brakes don't reach the rims, etc etc. There are lots of reasons for this, which I'll go into at a later date. Big props to the message board (yes, message board) on Schwinn bike. These folks rock!
Will post photos soon, but gearing up for the MS 150 (which will be done on my modern carbon fiber bike, thank you... I'm not a Luditte!
